Role of clinical and developmental psychologists and of behavioral science research at all levels of the juvenile court system. Abuse and neglect proceedings; family law courts; delinquency courts. Topics may include juvenile violence, substance abuse, therapeutic jurisprudence and restorative justice, effects of divorce, posttraumatic stress syndromes, child witness and child testimony research. Prereq: nine semester hours in psychology. (3 Credits)
