PC-based, practical, hands-on experience using the most recent version of the ARCGIS software. Find, collect, use, and display geographic data and acquire skills to input, manipulate, and convert data into usable databases as well as generate map output and reports. Students will produce a portfolio of learned skills and a GIS problem-solving project in the area of individual interest. (3 Credits)
