Common experimental designs and the principles of experimentation. Familiarization with basic laboratory equipment and its operation. Training in routine laboratory techniques, particularly in human perception. Practice in data analysis. Designed to develop skills of careful observation and accurate reporting. PRQ: PSYC 100, 200, and MATH 224 (students must earn a grade of C- or above); PSYC 226 (may be taken concurrently). Scheduled: Fall and spring, yearly. Meets: NO.
