A multidimensional approach to personal health and fitness, intended to encourage students to develop healthier lifestyles through changes in attitudes, behaviors, and personal habits. Includes presentations and discussions in exercise and fitness, nutrition, weight control, substance abuse, stress and relaxation, and health care as it relates to holistic medicine. Meets two hours per week, with some independent activity required. PRQ: None. Scheduled: Each semester.
