Competent, ethical leadership determines the long term success of nonprofit organizations. This course helps nonprofit executives evaluate and understand their leadership strengths and challenges, and their organization's overall leadership capabilities. This course includes leadership styles, "followership," the roles of communication and trust in the leadership equation, ethical leadership behavior and board governance. Each participant will complete an assessment of leadership in their organization and a personal leadership development plan.
