Nonprofit organizations must be able to attract and retain qualified paid and unpaid staff, manage internal operations efficiently and effectively, and demonstrate program impact. In this course, participants develop an understanding of how information and decisions flow through their organization and impact activities and results. Participants learn strategies for improving internal processes and identifying redundancies, managing staff performance, and measuring success.
