Approximately two-thirds of the inmates in U.S. correctional institutions have been found guilty of public order crimes, moral crimes, or crimes not likely to have a self-identified victim.This course concentrates on crimes associated with such activities as illegitimate gambling, consensual sex, and the criminal use and sale of both legal and illegal substances. Prerequisite: SO 101; Every Other Year
