Once students have learned the basics of 3-D modeling and rendering, they explore the fundamentals of animation and the more advanced methods of modeling and texturing. Students create photo-realistic products and environments utilizing complex technical techniques and thorough creative design. Emphasis is placed on detailed modeling and texture mapping complementing elementary 3-D animation and story development. Prerequisite: MMA131.
