Students will research and write an extensive paper on an art history topic selected in consultation with an advisor. Students will share the results of their research projects in formal oral presentations. Should be taken during the last semester of the senior year. Written application must be submitted during the semester prior to the student's final semester. Required of all art history majors. Prerequisite: ARTH 390 and consent of the art history faculty.
