variable credit (494 if 14 hours), fall and spring All students will formally apply for student teaching during the semester prior to this experience. At that time, a complete review of student records will take place. The review will include academics, performance in laboratory experiences, health, and personal and professional development. All students must complete 100 clock hours of laboratory experiences in a school setting before they will be allowed to student teach. All student teachers will be placed in accredited Nebraska schools for a minimum of sixteen weeks.
