Students in this hands-on, project-based course designed to help educators use technology creatively and effectively in support of curriculum in the elementary, middle, and secondary school classrooms. Emphasis is on learning how to use the software and the Internet in the classroom. Production and/or application of various media, and education of available hardware and software with class use potential will be covered. Topics covered include, but are not limited to, using the Web effectively in the classroom, productivity tool software, multimedia projects, and creating Web pages.
