An introduction to experiential anatomy using a range of physical movement and embodied awareness practices. Exploring structural and functional relationships within the body is the foundation for considering human expressive and creative potential. Emphasis is placed on "living the bodywhole" (bodymindemotionspirit) in building a value system for daily living as well as for specialized performance activities.
