Topics include perception, personality, values, job satisfaction, emotional intelligence, learning, communication, motivation, culture, conflict, stress, and power/politics. The purpose of this course is to increase students' awareness of the impact that these topics have on leadership effectiveness. Prerequisite: sophomore standing.
