Continuation of Japanese II. The course reinforces fundamental skills introduced in Japanese I and II and further develops functional ability to communicate in Japanese beyond the elementary level. The class consists of short lectures with various communication activities, written and spoken. Aspects of contemporary Japanese culture will also be discussed. Approximately 45 new Kanji characters will be introduced. Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: LANG 1210 and LANG 1220 or consent of instructor. When Offered: Fall term annually.
