This course provides the student with a formal participation in the weekly colloquium series of the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences. These colloquia involve lectures on a wide variety of topics in the geologic and environmental sciences primarily by outside investigators who are currently active in those fields. (Students may take this course a maximum of two times for credit.) Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: geology or environmental science majors only or permission of instructor.
