This course concentrates on management issues and study of the fate and transport of hazardous materials in the environment. Management topics are broken down into three broad categories: regulatory issues, those necessary for daily operation of an industrial facility (industrial hygiene, storage, and transportation issues), and preliminary environmental site assessments.
