Geometric analysis, connectedness, size, distance, directionality, and shape. Image processing languages and software. Applications from remote sensing, scene analysis, and medical-image analysis. Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: prior exposure to probability, stochastic processes, and assembler language programming is recommended but not required.
