Protein separation and quantification strategies; mass spectrometry and analysis of spectra; protein profiling, biomarkers, post-translational modifications; current applications; emerging technologies and applications. Individual presentations on relevant topics will be expected. (Students cannot obtain credit for this course and BCBP-4640, BCBP- 6640 or BIOL-6640.)
