This class will be of interest to anyone who wants to better understand how to assist individuals in organizations to communicate with others more effectively. In the first part of the class, you will learn how to design communication workshops for a variety of audiences. The second part of the course is designed to teach you how to assess communication problems in organizations. Finally, you learn how to intervene in situations to resolve communication-related problems. Prerequisite: COMM 3090 or consent of instructor.
