Survey of the literature on development of social conflict, the motivations and cognitions of individuals in conflict, and the procedures available for resolving conflict. Particular emphasis will be placed on the psychology of fairness and its implications for conflict resolution. Prerequisites: BC1001 and one additional Psychology course.
