Topics covered include: hegemony and stability, international cooperation, economic statecraft and sanctions, domestic actors and lobbyists, development and dependency, post-Communist reforms, and globalization. Syllabus. - A. Cooley Prerequisites: POLS V1601 or the equivalent; an introductory course in Economics is highly recommended. Not open to students who have taken POLS BC3800. Limited to 55 students.
