A small advanced jazz band. The repertoire will cover 1950's hard bop to more adventurous contemporary Avant Garde styles. Students will be required to compose and arrange for the group under the instructor's supervision. Prerequisites: An audition to be held during the registration period, by appointment at 618 Dodge.
