This course teaches new, advanced swimming skills and refines previously learned swimming strokes and skills. The course introduces water fitness techniques and training through the activities of water running, water polo and competitive swimming and conditioning. Ms. Prater-Lee. Prerequisites: satisfactory completion of the Intermediate course, the Red Cross Level V course, or the ability to perform the equivalent swimming skills.
