Creation of metal sculpture through a variety of methods including bending, twisting and folding, brazing, welding and casting. Projects include linear and volumetric forms, installation, found object and outdoor sculpture. You are expected to develop your own content and voice in your work. Slide lectures, critiques, readings and field trips supplement the course. Offered annually. Recommended: ART 1010.
