An advanced writing course designed to introduce students to writing and editing. Students complete four major writing projects covering a range of document types. Practices introduced include repurposing an existing document, analyzing communicative needs, doing a genre analysis, and producing a document for a client. Students also learn to review the work of others and use these reviews for revision. Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: undergraduate technical writing or advanced composition course.
