During their second semester, students explore the factors that they need to consider as they work to build relationships that the empowerment of citizens and organizations. They will learn to analyze professional relationships within the context of the organization as a bureaucracy and to identify and compare the diagnostic descriptions of the citizen provided by the citizen, by other participants in the service sector and in the literature.
