How do we talk about work in our society How do we decide what work to do How does work affect identity and what life means Is work valuable in and of itself, or is work only a means to an end What are the rhetorical requirements of various workplaces What issues of gender, class, and equity are raised by workplace rhetoric This course seeks to address these and other questions about a fundamental aspect of every person's life.
