This course uses and teaches fundamentals of Olympic style (amateur) boxing. Using a team-based approach this course consists of stretching, physical conditioning, plyometrics, and the exhibition of proper boxing techniques consistent with that of boxers at the beginner's level. Though intense, each session is aimed at leaving students with energy to build on. This course is a good compliment to a strength training program and a good supplement for the off-season athlete.
