J. Gallucci, N. Rood Introduction to Latin poetry through close reading of selections from Vergil's Aeneid. Students gain a wider appreciation of the technical and literary aspects of Latin poetry through their acquaintance with Rome's great epic poet. Prerequisite : LATN 12 1 an d 122 . Students with high school background in Latin may also be admitted.
