A capstone project designed to provide the student with the opportunity to show an immediate and direct application of principles learned in the Leadership and Ethics major to the student's ministry and/or work setting. In addition, the project will demonstrate an application of sound biblical/theological principles to a leadership model. In order to facilitate this, the student will be registered for the project at the beginning of the third Leadership and Ethics course.
