Part one of the sequence is designed to provide a comprehensive look at the theories, strategies, techniques, problems and critical issues involved in working with families. This course will provide an historical overview and a focus on theoretical approaches to the treatment of families. Teaching strategies for this course will include lectures, demonstrations, discussions, videotapes and role plays. Course is eligible for an In Progress (IP) grade.
