Issues of 1) supply chain management, 2) production planning, processes, locations, and quality, 3) human resources, and 4) project management are explored from an operations management perspective. The course identifies the impact of the internet and intranets on operations management as well as the operations management issues resulting from the continued growth of e-commerce.
