(Prerequisite: Completion of all core requirements and EDT 611) Human Performance Technology takes instructional technologies and incorporates a range of interventions drawn from disciplines: behavioral psychology, instructional systems design, organizational development, and human resources management. HPT stresses a rigorous interdisciplinary analysis of performance levels, identifies causes for the performance gap, and offers a range of interventions to improve performance.
