Emphasis areas include: group behavior/dynamics, theories of motivation, leadership, decision making processes, corporate culture, organizational behavior in the global setting and values and attitudes affecting work behavior. Prerequisites: BN 204; students are strongly encouraged to have PS 101 Intro to Psychology prior to this course.
