This course is an extension of Photography I. It is designed to increase artistic and technical ability in the black and white photographic medium and to introduce digital photography. Photo II also includes studio lighting techniques, copywork, photographic imagery on nontraditional materials, and an investigation of non-silver photographic processes, and an introduction to Adobe Photoshop on the Macintosh computer. Studio fee required. Recommended for art majors, public relations majors, and others interested in photography. Lecture and studio: 5 hours per week. Priority for entrance into the class will be given to: 1) continuing graphic design art majors, 2) other art majors 3) public relations majors and 4) all others.
