Special emphasis on nutrition, energy expenditure, training, performance, environmental stress and body composition. Students will be required to design and perform various exercise prescription techniques. Prerequisite: BIO 101 or 110 and 307. Same as PED 349. Recommended, HPE 220. Annually, Fall.
