2 hours This seminar introduces the chemistry, physics, and biology of radioisotope use in research and in diagnostics. Laboratory safety, monitoring, and waste disposal will be included. This course does not fulfill the lab science requirement. Usually offered alternate years. Prerequisites: BIO 152, or CHEM 152 or CHEM 201, or PHYS 152.
