This course will focus on importance of forming and developing groups in a productive organization. A view of the nature of groups and the unique human behavior within effective groups provides a foundation for discerning the leader’s role in forming and training effective group leaders. Motivation, empowerment, and collaborative skills form the innovative and systemic core of developing productive teams.
