An introduction to both traditional and experimental uses of materials and structural processes in the fabric media. Assignments focus on the exploration of two- and three-dimensional forms in preparation for versatile approaches to the fibers media. A range of off-loom mixed media techniques are covered. Formerly CR 221A Prerequisites & Notes Priority enrollment to Crafts majors and Multidisciplinary Fine Arts majors. May be taken twice for credit. Credits: 3 cr, 6 hrs
