A study of the sources, reactions, transport, and fate of chemicals in the air, water and soil environments, as well as the effects of these compounds on human health and the natural environment. The chemistry of both natural and anthropogenic processes will be examined. (1) Lecture: 3 hrs/wk. Prerequisite: Chem 112 and Envi 200. (Offered in 2007-2008 and alternate years.)
