An introduction to computer simulation modeling of biological, chemical, and physical processes with application to problems in environmental science. No experience with computer programming is necessary. (1) Lecture: 3 hrs/wk.; Laboratory: 3 hrs/wk. Prerequisites: Four courses in natural science, MATH 112 or 121, and one additional course in mathematics or statistics. (Cross-listed as ENVI 310.)
