This course is designed to provide the prospective health and human performance professional with the physiological, psychological, and social bases for engaging in regular physical activity. Students will be expected to develop individualized physical fitness programs, perform physical fitness assessment, develop activities to enhance physical fitness, and be engaged in a regular physical fitness program. (1/2) Lecture: 3 hrs/wk. Prerequisite: Physical Education 160.
