Fundamentals of voice production including breath control, tone quality, range extension, flexibility, diction, and sight reading. Experiences include singing group exercises, solo songs of all styles, sight reading,and listening to recordings. (May be repeated for credit. This course does not count for credit toward the music major or minor.) (1/4) Lecture-Laboratory: 1 hr/wk.
