This course is designed primarily to introduce students to the basic principles and techniques of cross-training exercise and to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, agility, and motor skill performance. Emphasis will be placed upon identifying correct body alignment and postural deviations, proper use of step, cardio, and strength equipment, and proper warm-up and cool-down stretches. Additional course fee is required.
