An introduction to life at George Fox University. Through various group activities, beginning/low intermediate-level students learn about life on campus, Christianity and chapel, study skills, and use of library resources. Students explore aspects of American culture and Oregon geography and history in food labs, field trips, and group projects. This course provides many opportunities for students to use English in communication and to practice language skills consistent with their level. Pass/No Pass.
