This methods course focuses on the formulation and implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum, instruction, materials, and assessment for young children, ages 3-8 years. Student facilitators create and implement lesson plans with young children in an integrated curriculum in the content areas of art, health, language arts, math, music, and social studies. Prerequisite: EDUC 321 Early Childhood Education and admission to Teacher Education Program.
