Critical examination of major theoretical orientations and methodological approaches that bridge the fields of social psychology and organizational behavior. Topics include information processing, decision making, social influence, leadership, and group dynamics. Intensive laboratory experience focusing on methodological, statistical, and computing skills associated with theory and research on the psychology of organizations.
