An investigation of recurring themes, images and concerns raised in women's spirituality throughout the history of the church. Exploration of the influence of male theologians and clergy on women's spirituality and of female contributions as disciples, spiritual guides, and social critics. Examination of social and economic context, presentation of recent historical analysis and discussion of primary sources.Prerequisites: A 100-level Religious Studies course and at least sophomore standing.
