Examines some of the internal issues and problems faced by a multi-national firm. Focus is on cultural sensitivity and multi-cultural exposure. Students consider the challenges of organizing and managing a multi-national company. They also examine the important assets of a firm as it strives to be an effective economic force across behaviorally and culturally diverse areas of the world. Prerequisites: BU 271 or BU 303.
