3 (3 + 0) Prerequisite: SPE 1010, SPE 1700, SPE 1710, SPE 2710 or Permission of instructor This course is designed to teach students how to translate their liberal arts background into on-the-job communication training programs using interpersonal and group dynamics skills. Actual demonstrations via video will be used, allowing students the opportunity to practice and evaluate their program design and training communication style in front of real audiences.
